Adi Da's Work in Business and Management

John Andrews was trained as a pure mathematician at Princeton University and the University of Michigan. His first industrial employment was with Sun Oil Company, doing economic analysis of petroleum exploration projects. He was also employed by Exxon Corporation in Exploration Planning and Analysis. John Andrews is a practitioner of the Way of Adidam. Adi Da Samraj's Teaching provides the fundamental inspiration and guidance of John's work.

John Andrews conceived and developed "Valuance" to be a unique, uncompromising discipline in which actual human Value is always at the center and is not merely a goal to be ultimately realized. The mission of Valuance is to establish Comprehensive ValuanceŽ as the world standard philosophy and technology for the management of all processes.
