Dan
Hamburg is a former member of the U.S. Congress, where
he authored the Headwaters Forest Act, a bill that passed the
House overwhelmingly. In 1998, he was the Green Party candidate
for Governor of California. He is currently the Executive Director
of VOTE
(Voice of The Environment), a foundation dedicated to creating
a progressive political coalition that can challenge the current
two-party "duopoly."
Adi
Da Samraj is the transcendent and transformational Being
of our era. He is the Good News Who has come as an answer
to our prayers. . . .
Avatar
Adi Da's insistence on the primary importance of human-scale
cooperative community as the basic unit of the successful
state is bold and refreshing. Each of us bears responsibility
to practice, moment to moment, the ego-surrendering sacrifice
that makes life sacred at the community level, peaceful
on the level of interaction among nations.
Adi
Da's Teaching is neither utopian nor dissociative; it is
simply a radically new human politics based on the Truth.
Even as He transcends the common bonds of the human, Adi
Da remains the Great Teacher of the pragmatic human situation.
How incredibly blessed that He is here at the moment when
we need Him most!

The
Good Enough Village: A Village Without Walls — The "Good
Enough Village" is an experimental community whose vision
is to inspire by their demonstration and be inspired by other
culturally creative people in building healing, transforming,
and self-empowering communities that, in all their diversity,
can grace the world with hope and sustain a common faith in humanity.
The "Good Enough Village" culture is continuously developing
nourishment for its members' souls, and the means for expressing
their hearts in ritual, music, play, poetry, art, and dance. The
community as a whole has studied and been inspired by Ruchira
Avatar Adi Da Samraj's teachings for many years, particularly
His Teachings on the (difficult) aspects of true community life.

Barbara
Marx-Hubbard the founder and executive director of
The
Foundation for Conscious Evolution. Called by Buckminster
Fuller "the best informed human on the concept of futurism",
Barbara is an internationally known lecturer and the author of
several books, including her most recent Conscious
Evolution: Awakening the Power of Our Social Potential.
She is the co-creator of an intentional cooperative community
in Santa Barbara.
I recognize
the God-Presence Incarnate in Adi Da Samraj as whole and
full and complete. . . .
Our
goal as a community is to develop the processes, tools,
and templates that any such community could use anywhere
in the world. What
I gained from Adi Da's instruction about such "cultural
reformation" is that 1) you have to overcome egoity and
2) you have to create human-scale cooperative community.
. . . We are a real example of how such a community can
benefit from Adi Da's Wisdom and Blessing.
